All orders are shipped using Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and destination. Orders over $50 qualify for FREE shipping. The available shipping methods and their associated costs will be displayed during checkout.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Please note that processing times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen events.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship within Australia. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to shipping restrictions or other issues, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements or provide a refund.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the Australia Post website or app.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your package has left our facility, we are unable to make changes, so we recommend using the Australia Post app to redirect your parcel if needed.

If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as missing or damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order in a satisfactory condition.
